Firstly, we emphasise that absolutely no files provided to Fenley will be disclosed to any third party without your authorisation.

 

To prepare for a commission we will need to know the following which can be emailed to office@fenley.co.uk

 

• The location/postcode of the scheme to be audited?

• The stage of the Road Safety Audit required?

• What feature is to be audited?

• Whether the site is Brownfield, Backland or Greenfield development?

• The Existing and Proposed Land Use?

• The Size of the Development?

• Are there any identified departures from the standard? (If there are, we will need details)

• Is traffic/speed flow data available? (If it is, we will need details)

• Is personal injury road traffic accident data available? (If it is, we will need details including any supporting documents, for example, Transport Assessments or Design and Access Statements)

 

We will also need scheme drawings as PDF or DWG and further details as a word document or PDF.
